Job summary

Already Autism Health d.b.a Commonwealth ABA seeks a dedicated BCBA to join our Georgia-based team. This on-site/hybrid role requires GA residency or within 50 miles of the GA line and an active GA LBA license.

You will assess clients, develop and supervise ABA programs, and collaborate with families and staff. The ideal candidate has a BCBA certification, at least 1 year of ASD experience, strong data skills, and the ability to train technicians.

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA in good standing and live in GA or within 50 miles of the GA line.
• Must have GA LBA license.
• Master's degree or higher in applied behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and goals.
• Provide services in a clinical setting, on-site and via telehealth where applicable.
• Develop and implement BIPs based on ABA principles.
• Provide direct ABA services, including data collection and analysis.
• Train and supervise behavior technicians and other staff.
• Collaborate with families and professionals for continuity of care.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions to improve outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of progress and treatment plans.
• Stay current with research and best practices in ABA.
