Job summary

Magical Moments is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our collaborative team on-site in Merrillville, Indiana. You will conduct assessments, develop BIPs, and supervise RBTs while partnering with families and school-based teams.

Active BCBA certification and IN LBA license (or 30-day eligible) are required. We offer 5–8 clients weekly, 15–20% supervision time, biweekly bonuses, and strong onboarding in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Indiana LBA license or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Strong foundation in ABA principles and clinical implementation.
• Experience with behavioral assessments and data analysis.
• Skilled communicator with a team-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and clinical documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans (BIPs).
• Oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs (15–20% of their hours).
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on data and progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team consultations.
• Contribute to a positive, solution oriented team culture.
