You will supervise RBTs, collaborate with families, and deliver data-driven progress assessments, while advancing your leadership in a supportive, values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must be BCBA certified and in good standing.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy and supervising RBTs.
• Demonstrated ability to design and monitor data-driven treatment plans.
• Excellent communication with clients, families, and team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality ABA services grounded in assent-based, neurodiversity-affirming practices.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs and staff.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to build strong therapeutic relationships.
• Conduct assessments and progress monitoring using data-driven methods.
