Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy is seeking a dedicated in-person BCBA to join our team in North Carolina. The role focuses on developing individualized treatment plans, conducting diagnostic evaluations, and delivering high-quality behavioral therapy for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.

The successful candidate will hold BCBA certification and NC LBA license, with HIPAA-compliant documentation and strong collaboration skills to support families and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required and NC LBA license is mandatory.
• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Proficiency in HIPAA-compliant documentation and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations for autism and related developmental conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on data.
• Provide direct behavioral therapy in various settings with evidence-based practices.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams for holistic care.
• Train and supervise staff on behavior intervention strategies.
• Collect and analyze progress data and adjust plans accordingly.
• Stay updated on current research and best practices in behavior analysis.
