Qualifications

• BCBA certification and NC LBA are required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Train and supervise staff in implementation strategies.
