Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Illinois to provide high-quality ABA services and supervise RBTs. You will assess clients, develop individualized treatment programs, monitor progress, and document outcomes while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role offers hybrid and telehealth options, with a minimum commitment of two days per week.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
• Behavior Analyst licensure or license eligibility in Illinois.
• Clinic-based ABA experience preferred.
• Availability for a minimum of two days per week (evenings Mon-Fri and/or Saturdays).

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy programs; monitor client progress.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and training to RBTs and other team members.
• Complete and submit required documentation in accordance with practice guidelines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to support comprehensive care.
• Maintain a targeted caseload.
