BK Behavior in Maryland is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families across Maryland. This hybrid role blends in-person clinical work with remote options, offering flexible part-time or full-time caseload and strong clinical support.

The position involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising technicians, coordinating with families and interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring documentation and ethical standards.

Formación

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field
• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Eligibility for Maryland licensure may be required

Responsabilidades

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians
• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Complete required documentation and maintain compliance with ethical standards
• Participate in both remote and in person services as required by client and program needs

Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA MarylandWe are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA to provide Applied Behavior Analysis ABA services to children and families throughout Maryland. This is a hybrid position combining in person clinical responsibilities with remote work based on client and program needs. This opportunity is ideal for a BCBA looking for a flexible part time/full time caseload while still having access to strong clinical support, professional development and opportunities for continued growth within BK Behavior.

• Participate in both remote and in person services as required by client and program needs

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Eligible for or currently holding Maryland licensure
• Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or a related field
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Ability to provide in person services in Maryland as needed
