BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Maryland to deliver ABA services to children and families. This hybrid role blends in-person clinical responsibilities with remote work based on client needs, offering flexible full-time or part-time caseloads with strong clinical support.

You will supervise therapists, develop treatment plans, train caregivers, document ethically and compliantly, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifikationen

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Eligible for Maryland licensure or currently holding licensure.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to provide in-person services in Maryland as needed.

This is a hybrid position combining in person clinical responsibilities with remote work based on client and program needs.
