Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services across Maryland. This hybrid role blends in-person clinical duties with remote work as needed, offering a flexible caseload for part-time or full-time engagement.

You will provide supervision, develop treatment plans, and work with families and interdisciplinary teams to support client goals while advancing clinical development within BK Behavior.

Qualifications

• Eligible for Maryland licensure as BCBA or currently licensed.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to provide in-person services in Maryland as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs.
• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions.
• Complete required documentation and maintain compliance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in both remote and in-person services as required by client and program needs.

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Maryland. This is a hybrid position, combining in-person clinical responsibilities with remote work based on client and program needs.

This opportunity is ideal for a BCBA looking for a flexible part-time/full-time caseload while still having access to strong clinical support, professional development, and opportunities for continued growth within BK Behavior.
