BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services across Maryland. This hybrid role blends in-person clinical work with remote activities based on client needs, offering a flexible part-time or full-time caseload and strong clinical support.

You'll supervise behavior technicians, develop treatment plans, train caregivers, ensure documentation compliance, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advance treatment goals. Maryland licensure is required.

Formación

• Eligibility for Maryland licensure or current license
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Ability to provide in-person services in Maryland as needed

Responsabilidades

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs
• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Complete required documentation and maintain compliance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards
• Participate in both remote and in-person services as required by client and program needs

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Maryland. This is a hybrid position, combining in-person clinical responsibilities with remote work based on client and program needs.

This opportunity is ideal for a BCBA looking for a flexible part-time/full-time caseload while still having access to strong clinical support, professional development, and opportunities for continued growth within BK Behavior.
