BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Maryland for a hybrid role, combining in-person clinical work with remote sessions based on client needs and program requirements.

You will conduct assessments, develop individualized ABA plans, supervise technicians, train caregivers, and monitor progress. The role offers caseload flexibility, strong clinical support, ongoing professional development, and internal advancement opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Eligible for or currently holding Maryland licensure.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to provide in-person services in Maryland as needed.

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Maryland. This is a hybrid position, combining in-person clinical responsibilities with remote work based on client and program needs.

This opportunity is ideal for a BCBA looking for a flexible part-time/full-time caseload while still having access to strong clinical support, professional development, and opportunities for continued growth within BK Behavior.
