Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Maryland is seeking aBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families. This hybrid role combines in-person clinical responsibilities with remote work based on client needs, offering a flexible part-time or full-time caseload.

The position provides strong clinical support, professional development, and opportunities for growth within BK Behavior, with supervision and collaboration across teams to enhance treatment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Maryland licensure eligibility or active Maryland licensure preferred.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs.
• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions.
• Complete required documentation and maintain compliance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in remote and in-person services as required by client and program needs.

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Maryland. This is a hybrid position, combining in-person clinical responsibilities with remote work based on client and program needs.

This opportunity is ideal for a BCBA looking for a flexible part-time/full-time caseload while still having access to strong clinical support, professional development, and opportunities for continued growth within BK Behavior.

Eligible for or currently holding Maryland licensure

Ability to provide in-person services in Maryland as needed
