BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services to children and families across Maryland. The role blends in-person clinical duties with remote work, offering flexibility for part-time or full-time caseloads and strong clinical support for ongoing growth.

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Eligible for Maryland licensure.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to provide in person services in Maryland as needed.

This is a hybrid position combining in person clinical responsibilities with remote work based on client and program needs. This opportunity is ideal for a BCBA looking for a flexible part time/full time caseload while still having access to strong clinical support, professional development and opportunities for continued growth within BK Behavior.
