Job summary

AB Spectrum in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services for young children in a ReggioABA framework. The role blends hands-on therapy with data-driven planning and family collaboration.

This position offers a salary of $75,000–$100,000 with up to $10,000 sign-on, a target caseload of about 6 clients, and a hybrid/remote day each week. Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–3:45 PM, no evenings or weekends, with mentorship and professional development supported.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA in good standing with the BACB.
• Licensed or eligible for Missouri LBA licensure.
• Master's-level clinician in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children and families.
• Collaborative, organized, and clinically driven.
• Passionate about mentorship and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Conducting skills assessments and functional behavior assessments.
• Developing individualized, data-driven treatment plans and BIPs.
• Monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed.
• Providing supervision and mentorship to RBTs and ABA Implementers.
• Partnering with families and caregivers.
• Collaborating with care team and ensuring protocol fidelity.
