Job summary

AB Spectrum is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the St. Louis, MO area. The role offers a salary of $75,000–$100,000 with up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus, a target caseload of about 6 clients, and one hybrid/remote day per week.

Clinic hours are Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM–3:45 PM, with no evenings or weekends. The position emphasizes hands-on practice with the ReggioABA therapy approach for ages 2–6, clinical mentorship, and opportunities for leadership, CEU reimbursement, and

Qualifications

• Active BCBA in good standing with the BACB.
• Licensed or eligible for Missouri LBA licensure.
• A Master's-level clinician in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experienced working with children and families.
• Collaborative, organized, and clinically driven.
• Passionate about mentorship and continuous learning.
• Committed to compassionate, child-centered care.
• Excited to be hands-on—not behind a laptop all day.

Responsibilities

• Conducting skills assessments and functional behavior assessments.
• Developing individualized, data-driven treatment plans and BIPs.
• Monitoring progress and making clinically appropriate adjustments.
• Providing supervision, coaching, and mentorship to RBTs and ABA Implementers.
• Supporting practicum students and developing future clinicians.
• Partnering with families and caregivers.
• Collaborating with BCBAs, SLPs, and other members of the care team.
• Providing staff training and ensuring clinical protocols are implemented effectively.
• Maintaining ethical and clinical standards in accordance with BACB requirements.
