Search360 in Mount Prospect, IL is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst/Level 2 Behavior Therapist (DHS Approved) to provide ABA services in residential and medical clinic settings, focusing on independence, reducing maladaptive behaviors and improving quality of life through assessments, skill acquisition, behavior intervention and functional communication training.

The role requires BCBA or Level II, a Master’s degree, and at least one year of experience with developmental disabilities,

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers and evaluates behavioral assessments and functional measures.
• Develops individualized behavioral goals and plans.
• Ensures data systems are used to monitor progress.
• Trains staff on programs, data collection and reporting.
• Maintains documentation and ensures Medicaid/DHS compliance.
