Job summary

momentum-formerly-ucpla is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Crystal Lake, Illinois. The BCBA will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise interns and behavior technicians.

This position requires a Master's degree in Human Services, active BCBA certification, and knowledge of behavior analytic therapies. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, paid vacations, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Services or related major, required.
• BCBA and licensed as required by the state.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of behavior analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and write progress reports.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train behavior analyst interns and technicians.

Skills

Proficient with functional assessment development
