Job summary

North Arrow BCBAs is seeking dedicated BCBAs to provide high-quality treatment to children diagnosed with autism in our clinical center and client homes in Northern Michigan. You will supervise Behavior Technicians and deliver one-on-one intervention programs, developing plans and monitoring caseloads.

The role requires a Master’s in ABA with BACB certification, strong communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and BACB certification required.
• Experience with autism interventions preferred.
• Ability to supervise behavior technicians and develop programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement one-on-one behavioral intervention programs for children with autism.
• Create and monitor VB-MAPP, PEAK, ABLLS-R, AFLS, or curriculum-based assessments.
• Provide supervision and mentoring to behavior technicians.
• Participate in ongoing ABA training and professional development.
• Attend regional and company-wide meetings and adapt to caseload needs.
