Job summary

ABA Centers of Florida is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Jacksonville, FL to design, implement, and supervise ABA programs for children and families.

You will oversee RBTs and caregivers, conduct assessments, and contribute to growth paths. An active BCBA certificate and a Master’s degree are required, along with a valid driver’s license. This full-time role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required and active BCBA certification.
• Ability to supervise BCBA candidates weekly.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments (preference, functional, staff performance).
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to start date if required.
