Job summary

Matchly Staffing Solutions seeks an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA team in Elizabeth, NJ. You will develop and supervise ABA treatment plans, train RBTs, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to support client progress.

This full-time/part-time flexible role offers a pay rate of $100/hour, with shifts based on availability, generous PTO, health benefits, and professional development stipends.

Qualifications

BCBA certification required.
Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
