Job summary

Matchly is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Union, NJ to develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans and supervise RBTs. You will collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams, and ensure adherence to ethical and regulatory standards while delivering high-quality client care.

The role offers full-time 35 hours per week with flexible shifts and a strong commitment to professional development and growth within a supportive ABA team.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
