Brighter Steps ABA in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our collaborative team. You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans and supervise RBTs to ensure high-quality client outcomes.

You will collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams, conduct assessments, adjust goals, and maintain compliance with ethical standards. The role offers flexible shifts and a full-time option with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
