Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a BCBA in Urbandale, IA to supervise center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum. The role focuses on maintaining high-quality treatment, coordinating with families and providers, and ensuring all standards are met.

The BCBA will oversee assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and staff supervision, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based practice and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a state-licensed behavior analyst and meet state requirements.
• At least one year of experience utilizing applied behavior analysis and providing services to children.
• Ability to supervise clinical staff and collaborate with families and providers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and parent training.
• Ensure standards of care follow state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations on treatment intensity and modality in collaboration with families.
• Train and supervise clinical staff to maintain high-quality services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members and complete administrative tasks.
