Job summary

Shining Steps ABA LLC in the United States is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and school teams to ensure holistic, compliant care.

The role includes supervising RBTs, mentoring staff, and participating in ongoing professional development within a supportive, growth-oriented environment. Flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold professional standards.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing hands-on training and support
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings
