Cortica is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a hybrid role in The Woodlands, TX and surrounding areas. You’ll oversee neurodiversity-affirming ABA programming and lead a team of BTs, while coordinating with families and clinicians to deliver holistic care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
• Current BCBA Certification required.
• Strong leadership and collaboration within a transdisciplinary team.
