Cortica is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid remote role in Danvers, MA and surrounding areas. You will lead a transdisciplinary team, oversee neurodiversity-affirming ABA programming, and supervise behavior technicians to deliver impactful care to children with developmental differences.

The role offers a flexible hybrid schedule, two bonus programs, CEU stipend, license reimbursement, 401(k) matching, and robust health coverage.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or a related field is required.
• Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling and caseload with administrator support to balance clinical and admin tasks.
