The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Cortica will supervise neurodiversity-affirming ABA programs for children with autism and related differences in a hybrid setting in The Woodlands, TX. You’ll lead BTs, collaborate with a transdisciplinary team, and balance clinical excellence with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
• Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
• Lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs) empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.
• Coordinate with a transdisciplinary team to deliver integrated care and support families.
