Brighter Steps ABA in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.

You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families to ensure client success. Qualifications

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
