Job summary

Centria Autism in Charlotte, NC is seeking a BCBA to lead ABA therapy delivery in a clinic setting. You will mentor Behavior Technicians, develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans, and ensure clinical excellence through data-driven supervision.

We offer a base salary of $95,000–$105,000 plus weekly/monthly bonus opportunities, CEU stipends, paid CEU days, a company car or mileage reimbursement, and full benefits. Join a team focused on quality outcomes and growth.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Experience leading ABA therapy in a clinical setting.
• Ability to supervise and mentor technicians.
• Strong data collection and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABA therapy delivery within an in-center environment.
• Provide daily guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence.
• Develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans using ABA principles.
• Engage parents during on-site training sessions to drive progress.
• Maintain high-quality services through supervision and data-driven decisions.
