Proficio Therapy Services Llc is seeking a BCBA to lead ABA programs in South Jordan, UT. You will assess, analyze, and develop PBIPs, and supervise Behavior Technicians to ensure accurate intervention delivery.

You will collaborate with families and professionals across home, school, and clinic settings, while providing ongoing supervision and training to staff. A strong focus on data-driven decisions and ethical standards is essential.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with data collection, analysis and progress monitoring.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine ABA service needs.
• Perform FBAs to identify causes of behaviors and design PBIPs.
• Develop and implement individualized teaching programs and PBIPs.
• Supervise Behavior Technicians and monitor intervention delivery.
• Coordinate with families and professionals for cohesive interventions.
• Provide supervision, training, and performance feedback to staff.
• Manage case load and participate in team meetings and case conferences.
• Coordinate with insurance for assessments, treatment plans, and authorizations.

Join us as we continue building a unified, global therapy organization dedicated to empowering children and families.Location: South Jordan, UTKEY RESPONSIBILITIESAssessment:Conduct comprehensive skills assessments to evaluate the need for ABA services.Perform functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the causes of challenging behaviors and design positive behavior intervention plans (PBIPs).Analyze data and monitor client progress to make informed adjustments to treatment plans.Intervention:Develop and implement individualized teaching programs and PBIPs based on client needs and goals.Supervise and provide feedback to Behavior Technicians to ensure accurate delivery of intervention plans.Collaborate with families and professionals to ensure cohesive and consistent interventions across home, school, and clinic settings.Supervision and Leadership:Provide ongoing supervision, support, and training to Behavior Technicians while upholding ethical and professional standards.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support team development.Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and consultations to coordinate and optimize client care.Case Management:Coordinate with insurance companies for assessment of services, treatment plan reviews, and service authorizations.Manage client and Behavior Technician schedules as necessary.Keep families and caregivers informed about client progress and program updates.Staff Training & Coaching:Provide initial and ongoing training for new hires and Behavior Technicians on ABA principles, intervention techniques, and session management.Deliver real-time feedback and guidance during sessions to Behavior Technicians.Create and maintain training materials to support staff development.Keep detailed records of team meetings, training activities, and performance evaluations.Professional Development:Stay current with ABA research and best practices through continuing education opportunities.Contribute to clinic growth through participation in quality improvement initiatives and potential research activities.Job Requirements:Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).Strong understanding of ABA principles and demonstrated experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and within a team.Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and making data-driven decisions.A valid driving licenseBenefits:Salary - $70,000- $85,000 per annumBCBA bonus model offers a monthly earning potential of up to $1,100.Hourly Bonus: BCBA will receive an hourly bonus for all billable hours exceeding their target billables, this is in addition to the above bonus modelAnnual performance reviews with salary increases.Cell phone allowance.Mileage reimbursement.Education & CEU Stipend: $500Comprehensive healthcare benefit program for you and your family.Life and dental insurance.Long-term disability insurance.Up to 13 days of paid time off, including sick leave.Employee discounts for mobile phone services, travel, entertainment, restaurants, retail, and more.Employee Stock Option Plan: Eligible after one year of full-time employment.SIMPLE-IRA Plan: Eligible after two years with $5,000 or more in compensation, with a company match of up to 3% of your annual salary.Equal Employment OpportunityProficio Therapy Services is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer committed to building a team that represents the racial, ethnic and linguistic needs of our clients.
