BrightBridge ABA in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a highly motivated BCBA to join our family-owned agency. The ideal candidate will lead assessments, design individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and support families with compassionate, evidence-based ABA services.

This role can be part-time or full-time, with mentoring, flexible schedules, and opportunities to grow within a collaborative, trauma-informed team that values dignity and client outcomes.

Qualificações

• Must hold current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and BCBA standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to the highest standards of BCBA ethical and professional conduct.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct initial assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Develop, implement, and oversee ABA programs with fidelity.
• Supervise and mentor a team of RBTs under BCBA supervision.
• Monitor client progress with data collection and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers for cohesive care.
• Maintain open communication with families and provide regular updates.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with BCBA ethics and regulations.
