Job summary

BrightBridge ABA in New Jersey is seeking a motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our compassionate team. The role can be part-time or full-time and involves developing and overseeing ABA programs, conducting initial assessments, and creating individualized treatment plans while maintaining BCBA standards.

You will supervise RBTs, analyze data, collaborate with families, and contribute to our trauma-informed, family-first approach.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field and BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience applying ABA principles and supervising RBTs.
• Strong communication and collaboration with families and teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Develop and oversee ABA programs with fidelity.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs under BCBA supervision.
• Monitor progress through data collection and analysis and adjust plans.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure cohesive care.
• Maintain communication with families with progress updates.
• Participate in team meetings and uphold ethical BCBA standards.
