Job summary

BASS ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programming for children in our centers and community settings. You will supervise Registered Behavior Technicians and help families collaborate on effective behavior plans.

The BCBA will assess client needs, develop tailored ABA programming, and ensure high-quality service delivery with a collaborative team of RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBAs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Experience with children of varying abilities.
• Experience in development and implementation of verbal behavior programming.
• Ability to communicate with audiences with varying ABA understanding.
• Experience in managing/supervising others.
• Ability to make quick, sound decisions.
• Desire to work in a highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Directly implement ABA programming for children aged 18 months to 12 years.
• Conduct assessments tailored to client needs.
• Develop ABA programming based on client needs.
• Manage service deliverables and time effectively.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Provide caregiver training.
