Job summary

BASS ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. You will practice independently, oversee RBTs, and ensure effective implementation of ABA programming for children in both center and community settings.

You will supervise staff, provide caregiver training, and collaborate with a large team of BCBAs and RBTs to deliver high-quality services and positive outcomes for families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required and BCBA certification.
• Experience with children of varying abilities.
• Experience in verbal behavior programming.

Responsibilities

• Directly implement ABA programming for children ages 18 months to 12 years.
• Conduct assessments for clients and develop tailored ABA plans.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians and provide training to caregivers.
• Manage service delivery timelines and coordinate with BCBA leadership.
• Provide in-home or community-based services as needed and collaborate with families.
