Job summary

A leading behavioral health provider in California seeks a Behavior Analyst responsible for creating and implementing ABA treatment plans. This role involves leading a team of Behavior Technicians while ensuring the delivery of quality care. Applicants should have a Master's degree, BCBA certification, and preferably 2 years of relevant experience. Full benefits and a bonus structure are included.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Ability to lift and assist patients as needed.
• Willingness to physically intervene when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Train team and caregivers on treatment plans.
• Conduct regular patient supervision sessions.

Education

Master's Degree in Psychology or related field
