Job summary

Achieving True Self (ATS) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead clinical services for children and families in Maryland. You will assess, develop, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, and mentor BCBA candidates, RBTs, and staff.

As a BCBA, you’ll partner with families to extend progress beyond sessions, align caseloads with preferences, and contribute to high-quality, ethical care while benefiting from onboarding, ongoing education, and strong administrative support.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
BCBA certification is required.
Licensed as a Behavior Analyst in Maryland.
Evening availability 2-3 days a week preferred.
Passion for training, mentoring, and helping others grow.
Valid driver’s license and proof of car insurance.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with children and families, creating engaging learning experiences.
Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions.
Supervise, mentor, and develop BCBA candidates and RBTs.
Train and support families to ensure consistent progress in treatment.
Collect and analyze data, and update treatment plans as needed.
Help shape the future of ABA services in Maryland with high standards of care.
