Job summary

Achieving True Self, Morgantown, WV, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and mentor teams while assessing, developing, and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans for young clients. You will supervise BCBA candidates and RBTs, train families, collect data, and adjust plans. Maryland-focused impact and ongoing professional growth are key.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Evening availability 2-3 days per week preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of car insurance.
• New grads are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with children and families, and create engaging learning experiences.
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop BCBA candidates and RBTs.
• Train and support families to ensure consistent progress in treatment.
• Collect and analyze data, and update treatment plans as needed.
• Help shape the future of ABA services in Maryland by maintaining high standards of care and professional excellence.
• Foster a culture of compassion, empathy, and growth.
