Butterfly Effects in Feeding Hills, MA, is seeking BCBA leaders to join our growing interdisciplinary team. You will lead RBTs/BTs, design evidence-based ABA programs, and collaborate with clinicians to deliver high-quality services for children and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Active BCBA certification from BACB.
• Experience working with children and families affected by autism.

Responsibilities

• Lead & supervise RBTs and BTs to ensure high-quality ABA service delivery.
• Assess & plan using functional behavior assessments and individualized goals.
• Empower families through monthly caregiver training and family capacity building.
• Coordinate care with therapists, educators, and other professionals for holistic outcomes.
