Job summary

Butterfly Effects is actively seeking BCBAs to join an interdisciplinary team and lead high-quality ABA services for children with autism. As a BCBA, you will supervise RBTs/BTs, develop individualized treatment goals, and collaborate with a diverse team to achieve client-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• Passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead & supervise RBTs and BTs to ensure high-quality ABA service delivery.
• Assess and plan: functional behavior assessments and evidence-based intervention plans.
• Empower families: monthly caregiver training to build long-term family capacity.
• Coordinate care with therapists, educators, and professionals for holistic outcomes.
