Butterfly Effects is hiring BCBAs to join a BCBA-led, growth-focused team at our Feeding Hills center. Enjoy autonomy in designing client-specific ABA plans, supervision of RBTs, and interdisciplinary collaboration, all within a supportive, family-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• Passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise RBTs and BTs to ensure high-quality ABA services.
• Assess, plan, and develop individualized treatment goals and evidence-based plans.
• Lead caregiver training sessions to build family capacity.
• Coordinate care with therapists, educators, and other professionals for holistic outcomes.
