Job summary

Step Forward ABA in Chicago seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead treatment planning and supervise staff. You will deliver direct services, develop data-driven plans, and coordinate with families and professionals.

The ideal candidate holds a BCBA, a relevant master's degree, 2+ years of experience, and willingness to travel. Medicaid/Tri-Care credentials and CPR/BLS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or national equivalent in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
• Valid BCBA certification and licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst in good standing with the relevant state.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with individuals with special needs across ages.
• Eligible to participate in private and federally funded insurance programs.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel.
• Pass a national background check.
• Preferred: Medicaid, Tri-Care, PCM, Safety Care, CPI, CPR/BLS, bilingual.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans for clients, with data collection and progress monitoring.
• Provide clinical supervision to BTs, BCaBAs, and LABAs, including competency assessments.
• Deliver direct services to clients of all ages and abilities.
• Communicate and coordinate with clients, parents, staff, and other professionals.
• Demonstrate leadership, organize schedules, and maintain client records.

Education
