Job summary

The Place for Children with Autism in Chicago is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead clinical programs, coach RBTs, and shape individualized ABA plans for children with autism. You will guide data-driven care, supervise staff, and collaborate with families to ensure consistent progress across settings.

Applicants should hold a Master’s in ABA, active BCBA, and Illinois LBA credentials, with a strong commitment to teamwork, growth, and high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a master’s degree in ABA and have an active BCBA certification.
• Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential in Illinois required.
• Experience leading teams, coaching RBTs, and supervising clinical care.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small caseload of 6–8 clients with 28 billable hours.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to RBTs and Lead Therapists.
• Analyze data trends, monitor fidelity, adjust programming as needed.
• Partner with families with coaching and progress updates.
• Lead interdisciplinary team discussions and care coordination.
