Job summary

Achieve Better ABA Therapy is seeking a skilled BCBA to support older children and adolescents with complex developmental and behavioral needs in a hybrid supervision model.

You will collaborate with caregivers, educators, and residential/group home staff; adapt programming for trauma history and environmental triggers; supervise and mentor RBTs with a focus on ethical, compassionate care.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate, comprehensive training, and a supportive team in Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• North Carolina BCBA license.
• Must live in Charlotte, NC, have the ability to relocate or travel.
• Experience and trauma-informed ABA practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hybrid supervision (in-person and remote) based on clinical needs.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs with ethical, compassionate care.
• Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and residential or group-home staff.
• Modify programming for environmental triggers, trauma history, and setting demands.
