Autism Therapy LLC is seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our clinical team in Chantilly, VA. You will oversee the development and delivery of high-quality ABA services for children and adolescents, conduct assessments, create treatment plans, supervise therapists, and train caregivers.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst credential or eligibility.
• At least one year of BCBA experience.
• Experience with children or adolescents with autism.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral, developmental, and skill-based assessments.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments.
• Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Analyze clinical data and modify programs based on client progress.
• Provide supervision, training, and ongoing support to behavior therapists.
• Model ABA procedures and promote treatment fidelity.
• Provide practical, supportive caregiver training.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Ensure services meet ethical, clinical, and insurance requirements.
• Maintain compliance with BACB standards and Virginia regulations.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive, and quality-focused workplace.
