Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is seeking a BCBA to supervise in-home and center-based cases with telehealth options. You will mentor Behavior Technicians, develop ABA programs, and coordinate with families to drive progress.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification required.
• Active North Carolina LBA license required.
• Background check, TB test and pre-employment physical (paid by us).

Responsibilities

• Lead supervision of Behavior Technicians with fidelity to treatment plans.
• Develop ABA programs and FBAs; educate and coach families.
• Adapt interventions to client needs and track progress.
• Communicate and collaborate across clinical team.
