Qualifications
Active BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
Experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
Ability to supervise and train RBTs effectively.
Responsibilities
Conduct assessments under BCBA supervision.
Develop ABA programs based on assessment results.
Provide ongoing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians.
Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress.
Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity.
Participate in parent training sessions.
Maintain accurate session notes and documentation.
