The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in ABA or a related field and an active BCaBA certification. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, supervising RBTs, and maintaining documentation. Qualifications

• Active BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train RBTs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments under BCBA supervision.
• Develop ABA programs based on assessment results.
• Provide ongoing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress.
• Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity.
• Participate in parent training sessions.
• Maintain accurate session notes and documentation.
• Support transition planning and team communication.
