Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed in Texas.
• Desire to help build a human-centered autism care model.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy in homes, communities, or telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and oversee meaningful, relationship-centered ABA therapy in homes, communities, and via telehealth.
• Guide and support RBTs as collaborators.
• Work with families in relational, empowering, and respectful ways.
• Help shape our clinical model and company culture as we grow.
