Pivotal Parenting Support LLC in El Dorado Hills, California seeks a dedicated BCBA to join our team. You will provide high-quality, individualized ABA therapy services to clients and empower individuals with autism to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, implementing home-based ABA under supervision, collaborating with families and clinicians, and maintaining accurate progress records.

Qualifications

Must hold BCBA certification and State licensure.
Experience with ABA therapy and home-based settings.
Ability to develop individualized treatment plans.
Strong collaboration with families and health professionals.
Maintain accurate client progress records.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify strengths, needs, and goals for each client.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address behavioral and developmental needs.
Implement ABA therapy techniques in a home-based setting, using evidence-based practices.
Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve treatment goals and ensure continuity of care.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment, using EMR and other documentation tools.
Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and contribute to treatment plan development.
