Job summary

ABA Centers of Pennsylvania is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Langhorne, PA to design and supervise ABA programs for children with autism. The position offers a relocation package up to $10K and a salary range of $100,000–$120,000 per year.

Responsibilities include supervising RBTs, conducting functional assessments, and leading behavior-analytic programs. A Master's degree and BCBA certification are required, with licensure steps as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree is required and licensure readiness.
• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date if required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention.
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
