ABA Centers of Pennsylvania in Langhorne, PA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for full-time work with a salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 and relocation assistance up to $10K.

You design, implement, and supervise behavior-analytic programs, oversee RBTs, conduct assessments, and can mentor others pursuing certification, with strong clinical infrastructure and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• State licensure process initiation encouraged if required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention.
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
